As a breakthrough in value, Basic Coatings Emulsion Wood Floor FInish has what so many waterbased floor finishes don't, the warm, rich, amber tones of an oil-based finish. Emulsion is self sealing, VOC compliant and has an oxidative cross linked urethane system that produces better wear properties than traditional oil finishes.

New Installations and Newly Sanded Floors: 3-4 coats Emulsion or 2 coats Emulsion followed by 1-2 coats StreetShoe or Hydroline Plus
